Come October 4, you can expect Google to its make the most aggressive push towards the smartphone market.
Earlier in the year, Google CEO Sundar Pichai had hinted his company would be more opinionated about its smartphone hardware and boy that’s coming. We’ve already witnessed a flurry of leaks hinting that this phone is being made by HTC, which also made the first Nexus One smartphone.
So far a fairly clear picture of the device can be formulated, but more than that, Google is also likely to launch other products at the event. But Google could be planning something massive.
In a tweet on September 25, Google’s Android czar, Hiroshi Lockheimer said We announced the 1st version of Android 8 years ago today. I have a feeling 8 years from now we’ll be talking about Oct 4, 2016. So let’s take a look at what Google may be planning.
